Cook Chill System

1. Sauce cooks in our custom designed 1,600 .lb steam kettles

                 

2. Sauces sealed in 10# bags, then placed into tumbler to cool

                 

Bags enter tumbler at 200 degrees


3. Bags are cooled in specially ridged chill tumbler in approx. 40 min. –maximizing shelf life and flavor


Bags are removed and held at 34 degrees
